Explorers U12 Reds train on Saturday mornings coached by Anton Lovell (FA Level 1) and Paul Hamer (FA Level 1) and all coaches have full DBS certification, First Aid, and Child Safeguarding training.

Matches are 9 v 9 and played in the South Bucks Mini Soccer Conference

Player development is key to our coaching and we train to the FA Long-Term Player Development (Four Corner model) where we focus on :

Technical: Ball control, Possession, Positioning, Foot Skills, Understanding Pressure, Making Space, and Group play.
Psychological: Decision Making, Gaining confidence, Patience, Making and Learning from Mistakes, Rules, and Awareness
Physical: Movement On/Off the ball, Co-ordination, Conditioning/ Health, and Challenges
Social: Communication, Self-Esteem, and Teamwork
