Coached by Head Coach Paul Bunn (FA Level 2 and FA Level 1 Goalkeeping). Player development is key to our coaching and Matches are played 5 v 5 in the Thames Valley Football Development League. All coaches have full DBS certification, First Aid, and Child Safeguarding training.

We train to the FA Long-Term Player Development (Four Corner model) where we focus on :

• Technical: Ball control, Possession, Positioning, Foot Skills, Understanding Pressure, Making Space, and Group play.
• Psychological: Decision Making, Gaining confidence, Patience, Making and Learning from Mistakes, Rules, and Awareness
• Physical: Movement On/Off the ball, Co-ordination, Conditioning/ Health, and Challenges
• Social: Communication, Self-Esteem, and Teamwork
